We are dedicated to minimizing the impact of losses suffered by your policyholders and to reflect professionalism on behalf of our clients.
ProStar creates partnerships not only with our clients, but also our adjusters. As a result, we refuse to accept work that cannot be completed in the agreed timeline and quality.
Brandy Helms / President
Brandy has been involved in all aspects of claims for 21 years. She started as an adjuster, right out of college, and continued in the claims industry. Brandy has held positions in adjusting, training, and supervision of several hundred adjusters, supervisors, and support staff. She has a Degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University. In her spare time, you will find Brandy at one of her four kid’s sporting events.
Cody Chrismon / Corporate Trainer
Cody has been around commercial and residential structures his entire career; first as a contractor, then as an adjuster. As a commercial contractor, Cody oversaw multi-million dollar construction projects. His construction background and engineering degree made for a smooth transition into insurance adjusting. With 15 years in the insurance adjusting industry, Cody works with our field adjusters as a trainer and handles large loss or other specialty claims.
Julie Zweber / Director of Marketing
Julie has been in the property/casualty business since 1978 and is ProStar’s Director of Marketing. Julie works closely with clients to ensure Service Level Agreements, Fee Schedules, and specific coordination based on clients’ needs. Julie believes that customer service is paramount in the insurance business and is dedicated to ProStar and its clients.
Heather Burris / Claims Administration Coordinator
Heather has over 12 years in the claims industry. She has been involved with Dispatch, Claims Administration, Project Management, Recruiting, and Time Management. In her current role, Heather examines each assignment to ensure that the appropriately qualified adjuster is assigned the investigation. Heather and her team also manage the timely handling of those assignments. In her free time, Heather can be found enjoying small-town life with her daughter.
Allen Perkins / Quality Assurance Manager
Allen has over 15 years experience within the claims industry. He has both inspected and adjusted residential, commercial, large loss and agricultural assignments. In addition, Allen has been involved in Quality Assurance, which is what he currently manages at ProStar. Prior to adjusting, Allen spent over two decades in construction along with aerospace manufacturing. At ProStar, Allen uses his claims experience to ensure that each file meets the requirements of the client.
James Weddell / National Catastrophe Manager
James has been involved in Property and Casualty Claims since 1999. James spent the first half of his career working on the carrier side; first as an adjuster, then as a supervisor. On the vendor side, James led the training department which was dedicated to assisting adjusters all over the country. As ProStar’s National Catastrophe Manager, James uses his experience to ensure his team provides outstanding customer service. James is a graduate of Indiana University, earning his BA in History. When not working, you will find James spending time with his family.
Jacquelyn Todd / Human Resources Manager
Jacquelyn has been in the insurance industry for 12 years. She has assisted in the management of adjusters located all over the country. At ProStar, Jacquelyn manages the recruitment process, as well as ensuring that all employees/contractors are following set policies. When not working, Jacquelyn is busy with her family, kid’s sports, and traveling.
